For the Love of Sea Glass…

I am a beach girl!  I grew up always wanting to live at the beach, to be near the salty air, and hunt for sea glass.  Since I’m several hours from the ocean and my hubby hates the heat I am stuck looking at other’s creations with sea glass on Etsy.  Well if I can’t be near the ocean I’ll just have to buy some jewelry!!  Here are some creations from LouLouBerry on Etsy.  I love sterling silver and the way she adds just a touch of sea glass to her creations is amazing!!  I think I’ll go shopping!!

   

I Can’t Believe these are only $10.00

Okay so after my day at the pool and sunburned to a crisp I came home and did some Etsy browsing.   I came across these great finds for only $10 and had to read her shop announcement twice to be sure.  I thought that I must past this on to everyone!!  Her shop is call lavenderrabbit and she makes some really pretty jewelry using beads and polymer clay.  I can’t decide on which one I want but I’m going to order something soon!!  You can click on any image to see her shop on Etsy and happy shopping…..

Dragonfly Bracelet…

I have found that you really need to have an idea when buying beads to make jewelry.  These were some of the first beads that I purchased and I’m just now using them.  I made this one for a friend that likes dragonflies and is a on the go mommy!  I used a couple of pearls in this bracelet to help dress up even the most casual of outfits.  Have a great day!!

Finally a Bracelet for Me…

So with this time off I decided now is the time to make a bracelet for myself.  I have made everyone at work one included two new people that just started last month.  Sometimes I am just too nice!!  Well to make it up to myself I created this bracelet and I think it goes with all the colors I love to wear.  I’m sure this will become one of my favorites.

Just a little something… For my birthday I got a cool set up for taking photos and this was one of the first photos.  I love that I don’t have to use two sheets of poster board anymore and the lighting is so much better!!

No Time for Blogging…

So sorry that I haven’t posted anything in about a week. Work has been crazy and I have come home so tired these past couple of nights.  Creating anything has been put on the back burner.  But I am glad to say that I have the weekend off and I am getting a couple of things done.  Here are a couple of bracelets that I made this morning!!  The one with the dragonfly was a necklace at one time but it was never worn so I was asked to re-create.  The second one is a gift for someone that wears lots of black and white plus it goes with everything!!  Check back tomorrow for a new card creation!!
